中国行政管理学会是研究行政管理的理论和实践，发展行政管理科学，为政府改进行政管理服务的全国性学术团体。中国行政管理学会广泛团结和组织全国从事行政管理的研究人员，以及有关学术团体、科研教学单位，坚持以邓小平理论为指导，坚持实事求是、理论联系实际的原则，贯彻百家争鸣的方针，开展行政管理科学研究，为促进行政管理改革，提高行政效率，逐步实现管理科学化、法制化、现代化，建立和完善具有中国特色的适应社会主义市场经济要求的行政管理体制，为我国社会主义现代化建设服务。中国行政管理学会积极学习和借鉴世界各国行政管理的先进经验，努力促进行政科学的对外学术交流和友好往来，代表中国行政学界参加国际学术组织及有关活动。
行政管理学会的任务是：
1.研究政府管理，发挥咨询作用；
2.开展行政科学研究，推动行政科学的发展；
3.促进行政科学教学质量的提高，普及现代行政管理学会知识；
4.开展学术活动，编译行政科学刊物和专著；
5.开展国际学术交流。
全国会员代表大会是学会的最高权力机构，会员代表大会选举产生理事会。理事会选举产生常务理事及会长、副会长和秘书长。每届任期五年。
Brief Introduction to the
Chinese Public Administration Society
The Chinese Public Administration Society(CPAS) is a nationwide academic institute,whose vocation is specialized in the research of administrative theories and practices,development of administrative sciences and promoting public services.
The CPAS extensively unites and organizes the research personnel engaging in administrative management throughout the country,and the relevant academic organizations and scientific research and teaching units,based upon Deng Xiaoping's Theory,to adhere to the principle of seeking truth form fact,combining theory with practice and contention of a hundred schools of thought, to carry out studies in public administration and contribute its efforts for the gradual realization of pubic administration's scientification,legalization,and modernzation,setting up and improving an administrative system with Chinese characteristics which is suitable for the socialist maket economy and with a view to serving socialist modernization.The CPAS positively learns and uses the experiences of administrative management and sciences from other countries in the world,and promote friendly academic exchanges concerning administrative sciences with other countries.In addition,the CPAS joins international academic organizations and conducts foreign exchanges on behalf of the Chinese administrative circles.
The National Members's Congress of the CPAS is the highest organ of its power.The council members of the CPAS are elected at elected at the National Members' Congress of the CPAS. The executive council members,chairman,vice-chairmen and secretary-general are elected at the CPAS Council Meeting.来自118cha.com
