剧情介绍版本一：
《疯狂鬼幽灵》描述一只在古堡住了五百多年的幽灵许布，五百年前他在城堡内和一群赌徒玩扑克牌，因为耍老千和这些人结下梁子，最后遭雷劈死，成了城堡的幽魂，一直在那里徘徊不去。五百年后当新的城堡继承人朱利安国王为了向琳欧娜女爵求婚，特地到这个城堡来，打算在此举行婚礼，领有阴曹地府所颁发吓人执照的许布，使出了浑身解数要把人类赶出城堡，却没想到充满喜感的它最后竟变成了人类的好朋友，还一同抵抗邪恶女巫侵占古堡。
五百年来，伯夏克城堡被一个真正的鬼魂所缠绕，它就是韦布——伯夏克城堡唯一拥有“吓人许可证”的鬼魂。一天，荒废多年的城堡突然来了许多人。原来是城堡的继承人，国王胡里奥一百十一世要在这里设立晚宴并向美丽的女公爵莉奥诺拉求婚。韦布大闹晚宴，国王在与韦布争执过程中不慎烧毁了它的证书，于是不得不随韦布前往鬼魂镇参加补考，女仆康斯坦西娅的儿子汤米也悄悄跟随其后。在鬼镇，他们见到了形形色色的鬼怪，并且发现了一个天大的阴谋……
